Refund Policy

We have a 14-day remake policy — which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a remake if there’s any issue with your order.

To be eligible for a remake, please email us clear pictures of your damaged or incorrect item along with your order number at info@blawesome126.com

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a new order confirmation, and your replacement will go into production right away.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because each order is custom-made with your personal photos and designs, we’re unable to offer refunds or accept returns once your order has been printed and produced.

We cannot refund or remake items due to:

  • Customer-uploaded photos (for example, if the image was low resolution, cropped, or blurry)

  • Spelling errors or design details approved by the customer before printing

  • Personal taste or design preferences after production

Please double-check your photos and details before submitting your order — we want you to love the final result!

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (if applicable) and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
